Howard
The stay was absolutely warm. the hotel was pleasant and fairly clean. It had a great location close to public transport. the staff was very good and really kind. They offered us wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. the morning breakfast was sensational and adequate with toast and really hot plates.

Recently renovated, modern room with a private bathroom and hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Good customer care, parking close to the hotel. Particularly good location, nice quiet area, just next door to The Quay and Town Centre, the Quay which has a range of eating and drinking places and the center of Exeter...

I truly enjoyed a gorgeous and delicious breakfast with really hot plates
It had good location, close to beaches and the Quayside where a number of good eateries can be found. the hotel was set just a pleasant stroll away from A 900-Year-Old Priory.

The breakfast was delicious, including a sandwich and sausage. Our room was brand-new and fashionable, with a modern bathroom. - the room had a very useful work desk and great storage.

Everything is really good here, had a fine stay during both nights of our stay. We have to mention the hearty breakfast with bacon, piped music or local radio and continental included. The location of the venue is marvellous and reasonable, so close to Exeter quayside, a very very hot restaurant and the quay. Also, it's located 2 km from Cavern.

No recommended. I felt like walked into somebody house rather than a hotel. I would not even put it 4 star. I felt like being put into a small box in a house. I felt stress during my stay. The stair is so narrow. With no lift, I have to carry my suitcase up and down with scare.

The beds are super comfy, there's coffee and tea stuff, a nice desk to write at, and even an iron for your wrinkled clothes! 🛏️
