Recently renovated, modern room with a private bathroom and hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Good customer care, parking close to the hotel. Particularly good location, nice quiet area, just next door to The Quay and Town Centre, the Quay which has a range of eating and drinking places and the center of Exeter...

Everything is really good here, had a fine stay during both nights of our stay. We have to mention the hearty breakfast with bacon, piped music or local radio and continental included. The location of the venue is marvellous and reasonable, so close to Exeter quayside, a very very hot restaurant and the quay. Also, it's located 2 km from Cavern.

Clean room, but the hot pipes made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Had a very comfortable stay for a night out in town. The suite was updated and spotless with towels & toiletries. The venue was in a central location right by Exeter's Quay, and good eateries: )

No recommended. I felt like walked into somebody house rather than a hotel. I would not even put it 4 star. I felt like being put into a small box in a house. I felt stress during my stay. The stair is so narrow. With no lift, I have to carry my suitcase up and down with scare.

Great value for a business traveler
I was kinda surprised by howvery comfy and tidy the room was with the parking being free which is rare these days and really made my stay convenient and stress-free I also really enjoyed the breakfast which not only smelled amazing but tasted just as good and the staff was genuinely friendly and cute.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for what you get it's still acceptable.

Great location with safe parking and a clean, spacious King Room. The area's just a short walk to the city center!

Facilities all excellent - newly refurbished. Excellent location for town centre and the Quayside - ample car parking..
Minor issue that it would be nicer to have the fruit juice, cereals and bread as a buffet style self service - rather than having to order each item separately.

St.Andrews Hotel is newly decorated and very clean. Arriving by car it is easy to find and leaving it, one is immediately back on to the motorways. Good access to Exeter city centre.
Nobody helped us to carry our lugguage up the stairs and there is no lift. It was too hot during the night, sheets not pure cotton, could not open the window because of the traffic noise. When leaving there was nobody at the reception desk, we left our keys and just left.No good buys!!
